RIDE 9.01

RIDE offers micro-mobility and e-mobility solutions, currently providing e-Bike sharing services in Riga city.

1. Open the RIDE App: Download the RIDE App from your phone's App Store or Google Play Store. Once downloaded, familiarize yourself with the provided introduction and registration process to begin driving.
2. Find RIDE e-Bike on the map: Locate the nearest e-Bike on the map within the App. Ensure that the battery is adequately charged for your intended journey. Approach the e-Bike and reserve it for 3 minutes if needed.
3. Scan or input the code: Initiate usage of the RIDE e-Bike by standing next to it and scanning the QR code or manually inputting the code. The e-Bike will activate, and its main display will turn on.
4. Start riding: Raise the side support, press the "P" button on the left-hand combination switch to exit parking mode and enter "Ready" mode. Select your cycling mode between "1" (15 km/h), "2" (20 km/h), or "3" (25 km/h). To start moving, turn the right hand power handlebar. Utilize pedals when necessary or engage cruise mode by pressing "C" on the right-hand combination switch to maintain a steady speed.
5. Where to ride: Ride the e-Bike on designated bicycle paths or roads where bicycle paths are absent. In high-traffic areas on roads, you can use pedestrian sidewalks. Prioritize using bicycle paths whenever feasible and always show consideration towards pedestrians and other road users.
6. Slowing down: Bring the e-Bike to a halt by employing the rear brake lever on the left hand and/or applying the front brake by using the lever on the right hand.
7. Find where to park: Refer to the green zones on the App map to locate suitable parking spots. Place the e-Bike on a sidewalk, bike rack, or any level surface where it won't impede pedestrians or other road users.
8. Finish the ride: Once you have properly parked the e-Bike, conclude your ride within the app and submit a photo. You can ensure that your ride has ended correctly if the e-Bike's display light turns off, followed by a beep alerting you.
